Mushroom Tomato Sauce

1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups fresh tomatoes, diced
1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup feta cheese

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add pasta and stir to coat. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with feta cheese.
